Changing Fates Equine Rescue of Delaware, Inc. is a 501 © 3 equine rescue dedicated to locating abused and neglected equines and rescuing, rehabilitating, retraining and rehoming these equines. It is also our mission to provide a sanctuary for those horses that are not suitable for adoption. We have been in operation since 2005. We are a very small group working to help as many horses as we can!
