Hope in the Valley Equine Rescue and Sanctuary

Hope in the Valley Equine Rescue and Sanctuary was founded in 2005 when our President and Founder, Ande Armstrong purchased Jim, a Thoroughbred, from the Hutchinson Kansas Auction. He was well under 800 pounds at 16hh and 30 years old, with only three teeth remaining when she brought him home. From that encounter, our rescue was born. Our mission is simple: To Give Them a Better Life.
